Terms of sale

1. Who we are

2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order by email when we dispatch it. Sleep Through is sold as a pre-order: it is dispatched when stock arrives, and we'll tell you the expected dispatch date at checkout. [Insert the dispatch date or time limit here before launch.]

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars, pounds sterling or euros, as selected, and are confirmed at checkout. Discount codes apply only as stated on the offer. Payment is taken when you place the order.

4. Delivery
Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Free delivery applies to subscriptions and to orders above the threshold shown for your currency. Ownership and risk pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.

5. Subscriptions
The 3-Month Subscription renews every 3 months at the subscription price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next shipment from your account, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund a shipment already dispatched.

6. Cancellation and refunds
If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 nights of delivery and we will refund you or offer an alternative. Customers in the UK and EU also have a statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the original payment method. See our refund policy for details.

7. Product information
Sleep Through is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of reach of young children. Ingredients are listed on the product page and on the pack.

8. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or the equivalent rights where you live.

9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also be able to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
